Keith A. Reissaus, Vice President, Employee & Organization Development
Goodwill Industries of Central Indiana, Inc.

Reissaus has served Goodwill Industries of Central Indiana, Inc. in his current capacity since 1998.

Reissaus has held various human resources positions in Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York with major corporations that included Kraft General Foods, General Electric and RCA. He has served as regional rollout chair for The Leapfrog Group hospital safety initiative, governance committee chair for Indiana Youth Soccer, bylaws task team chair for Y-Press, Inc. — a children’s news network, and a member of the Forum Credit Union Board of Directors.

Reissaus holds a Bachelor of Science in business from the University of Evansville. He has attended corporate leadership and graduate school programs at the London Business School, Ball State University and Rutgers. He is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). In 2004, he was named Human Resources Professional of the Year by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, and in 2006, he received the Indiana Youth Soccer President's award.
