YOUTH SERVICES

Goodwill provides the following services for local youth:

One-on-one case management services in a flexible, community-based model
Occupational skills training
Life skills and character development training
Individualized assessment, counseling and career preparation
Job search and placement assistance
Post-employment services including assistance with job retention and advancement

Requirements
Goodwill staff will help individuals determine if they meet all entry criteria. Participants must

Live in Marion County
Meet income criteria
Provide necessary documents such as birth certificates or income verification
Have parental consent if younger than 18 years of age
Have proof of U.S. work eligibility
Face a barrier to employment such as being pregnant or parenting, having a criminal history, being homeless or being deficient in basic skills
Be willing to actively participate in services for a period of at least one year
Demonstrate need (as determined by the Goodwill case manager)
