Advancement Solutions, an alliance between Goodwill Industries of Central
Indiana, Inc., HR Dimensions, LLC and Thomas P. Miller and Associates, provides
expert analysis and evaluation of workforce challenges identified by employers.
By
focusing on the needs of businesses, Advancement Solutions is creating a
network of preferred employers who are in a better position to:

- increase the workers’ chances of advancing toward economic self-sufficiency

Many of the businesses that employ these
large numbers of low-wage, entry-level workers do not have the time, resources
or skills to diagnose and remedy the issues that prevent their workforce
from achieving maximum effectiveness to meet business goals. Employees
in these situations often experience low morale, change jobs frequently and
