POLICIES FOR PARTICIPATING ORGANIZATIONS

1. Goodwill can provide bags for your clothing drive.
2. Pickup of donations will take place on a scheduled day. Sponsoring organizations should not deliver the donations directly to a Goodwill store or donation center.
3. Vouchers issued for donations collected are NOT TAX DEDUCTIBLE.
4. A $5 voucher for each bag will be given to the sponsoring organization. Vouchers have a six-month expiration date.
5. The sponsoring organization distributes vouchers to needy households or gives them to Goodwill
   to distribute.
6. Identification information must be filled out by voucher recipients before the voucher is issued.
7. Recipients must have a photo I.D. to redeem the voucher at Goodwill stores or the Goodwill Outlet Store. The person the voucher is issued to must be the person redeeming the voucher.
8. When recipients redeem the voucher(s), they must present it to the store manager on duty. Vouchers may be used for clothing items only. Boutique, household items, furniture and new items are not eligible, and vouchers cannot be redeemed on quarterly 50% Off Sale days. Vouchers are not valid with any other discount.
9. Vouchers come in $5, $10 and $10 denominations.
